Free Online Weight Management Course - Welcome


Welcome to the Gold's Gym Peak Fitness Club's Free Online Weight Management Program!  This program was designed to help you establish healthy dietary and physical activity habits.  The full program includes two phases with the first one being totally free.

Weight Management Course - Phase 1


Phase 1 consists of online weight management course, which you will complete on your own.  The free online weight management course will take 20 to 60 minutes to complete.  As you progress through the free online weight management course, you will fill out a self-evaluation worksheet and begin a food journal.  You will bring these documents to your Phase 2 meetings at Gold's Gym, if you choose to move on to Phase 2.

Weight Management Course - Phase 2


During Phase 2, you can:

  • make an appointment with a Gold's Gym Peak Fitness Club registered dietitian and/or
  • make an appointment with a Gold's Gym Peak Fitness Club certified personal trainer or certified fitness educator for fitness consultation and/or
  • register for the Living LEAN program available through SelfHelpWorks.

To get started, print the self-evaluation worksheet, the blank food journal page and the Hunger-Satiety Scale handout.
