Stretching at Your Desk - Free Online Videos


People who work at their desks all day tend to stay in one position for a long time. The exercises in these two videos are designed to counter the effects of sitting at your desk.

We suggest that you start with Stage 1 below and then move on to Stage 2. Each video will fit nicely into your coffee break.

Stretching Instructor


Lindsay Wright has a Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation and is a Certified Fitness Consultant. She is also the Be Fit For Life Coordinator at the Provincial Fitness Unit (University of Alberta, Edmonton Alberta).
